Monday, September 30, 2019:
A Boil Water notice is in effect for the Snowshoe Water System until further notice. The samples have been taken to the lab and we will notify everyone once we receive word from DEC that the notice has been lifted. Thank you for your patience.
Friday, September 27, 2019:
On Monday, September 30th we will be turning the water off from 10 am to 1 pm to repair a leak in the system. There will be a DEC required boil water notice in effect after the water is turned back on. Please check here for updates. Thank you for your patience while we continue to improve your water services.
Tuesday, September 17, 2019:
Over the next two weeks, we plan to repair a leak in the water system. This will require a system shut down, maintenance chlorination and a future boil water notice. All work is being done to assure future water quantity and quality. You will receive additional notifications throughout the process. If you are not receiving notifications, please call our office to make sure we have updated contact information.
